Sean Sullivan / Live Event & Broadcast Producer
Every moment has a story.Make it worth watching.
I'm Sean Sullivan. I produce live events, broadcasts, and experiences that bring people together around a message.
01 / The newsroom / Syracuse → Baltimore
Built under
pressure.
At CNYCentral in Syracuse and FOX 45 in Baltimore, I learned to keep a live story moving. Five-hour morning broadcasts. Breaking news. Live remotes. A plan that could change while we were on air.
The broadcast archive02 / The transition
Different room.
Same instincts.

03 / Broadcast thinking / TEN Events
Build the system.
Direct the show.
At TEN Events, my work grew from webcast production into production operations and leadership of studio broadcasts and creative services. Technical direction, show-calling, studio workflows and prepared teams all serve the same thing: a broadcast that feels intentional to the people watching.
04 / Live events / Show in progress
Now think
bigger.
TEN Events group production — show in progress
One message.
An entire experience.
In a general session, the stage, screen, sound, cameras and transitions need to feel like one production. I connect the creative and technical decisions around what the audience should take away.
05 / Show control
The audience
comes first.
The audience doesn't see the rundown. They experience the show. Every camera choice, every transition, every cue exists to help the people watching understand the moment.
06 / The people behind the production
Before the moment,
look after the people.
Prepared speakers. A crew who knows the plan. A client who feels heard. That's production leadership. It's also hospitality.

Let's make something worth watching.
Have a production coming together, a broadcast challenge to solve, or an idea you're trying to bring to life? I'd love to hear about it.
